founded in 2007 by French RFID entrepreneurs - Tageos has a guiding vision, to provide the lowest cost item-level RFID labels without compromising performance. Our engineers have blazed a trail to take RFID technology much further, designing a UHF RFID label made from 100% paper – with no plastic inlay.

ur Management Team - Armed with extensive technology and business experience gained at leading companies, including MBDA and IBM Global Services, Tageos’ founders joined together to pursue a vision: to design and manufacture a lower priced item-level RFID label, without compromising performance.
The Tageos’ founders hand-picked their dream team, and worked over several years with the French government’s leading RFID research center (CNRS) in Montpellier, to develop and make a breakthrough inlay-less, 100% paper-based, passive UHF RFID label. The Tageos label and manufacturing process are globally patented.
